Remedial exercises use a combination of active and passive exercises used to restore and improve musculoskeletal health. Regular remedial exercise improves chronic pain, postural imbalances and increases strength and flexibility. Your therapist will create a customized exercise program for you, based on your needs. this program will be used by the therapist during treatment, as well as by the client after treatment as self-care. This program is available for individuals or pairs and is for all ages.

STRETCHINg

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which flexing or stretching is used to improve the muscle’s elasticity and achieve a comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. ¬†Your initial assessment with our therapist will result in a customized stretching program to fit your needs.
